How our event rental works

Inquiry

Your journey begins by submitting our inquiry form. This gives us key details about your event. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to our calendar to schedule your consultation at a time that suits you.

Consultation

You’ll meet with the designer, Malinda, in a one-hour zoom consultation. During our call, we’ll dive into your vision, gather all the information to form an initial design concept, and go over pricing that fits your budget. If additional consultation sessions are required we’ll set up future sessions for you.

Booking & Install

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a retainer, which we’ll send to you via email along with clear instructions. Final payment will be due 1-2 weeks before your event (we’ll send you that invoice at the appropriate time. This ensures everything is smooth and stress-free.
